Since 1998, BAYON Bakery started with one small bakery run by a family in Kampuchea Krom near Central Market.
Our goal was to deliver high quality and quick service at an affordable price. By doing so, we introduced state of the art equipment that was a first in Cambodia.
We went through an intensive process to select top quality ingredients. Our Baguette quickly became well- known, which our customers named it as "នំប៉័ងបាយ័ន" (NoomBang Bayon).
We always try to be innovative in creating new ideas and we never stop just there, we are always eager to deliver the best of the best to our customers.
Our mission is to be a warm and welcoming bakery where everyone can receive the best quality and experience. Through this, we became the leading bakery in Cambodia.
