Der Bayerische Patentanwaltsverein ist ein Interessensverband der Deutschen Patentanwaltsschaft. Er wurde vor mehr als 40 Jahren mit dem Ziel gegründet, die Errichtung des Europäischen Patentamts in München zu unterstützen.
Der Verein setzt sich auch heute noch für die Belange der in Bayern angesiedelten Patentanwälte ein. Eine Grundlage hierfür ist der offene und direkte Meinungsaustausch der Mitglieder in entspannter Atmosphäre.
