Optimising manufacturing technologies means making more use of the raw material and reusing waste from the manufacturing process, thereby significantly reducing actual waste to spare the environment to the fullest extent possible. Our experience covers sales, conceptual design, project execution to commissioning, handover to aftermarket and lessons learned, and internal projects such as organisational/structure changes and internal IT development. Furthermore, mechanical and process engineering, documentation, sales, service, maintenance, GMP/FDA and commissioning, documentation and project coordination within the food and pharma industries. Operational experience in project management, mechanical engineering, construction management, and professional supervision. Additionally, we have experience with system optimisation, machine components, and spare parts sales for food and pharma industries, and process plants.
