Der gemeinnützige Verein BASKETBALL AID hat es sich zum Ziel gemacht, Kinder-Krebsstationen und Fördervereine zu unterstützen sowie den Basketballsport in Deutschland aktiv zu fördern. Ein weiteres Kernziel ist es, Spieler, Teams, Freunde und Fans des Basketball-Sports sowie weitere engagierte Menschen als Botschafter zu gewinnen, um mit ihrer Hilfe Spendenaktionen und viele andere Events umsetzen zu können. Mit dem Jahresbeitrag (25 Euro für natürliche Personen und Vereine bzw. 250 Euro bei einer Firmenmitgliedschaft) kann man als Vereinsmitglied sein „orangefarbenes Herz“ zeigen. Natürlich helfen auch Spenden der Arbeit von BASKETBALL AID bei der Unterstützung für krebskranke Kinder.

The non-profit association BASKETBALL AID has made it its goal to support children that suffer from cancer as well as to actively promote the sport of basketball in Germany. Another core objective is to recruit players, teams, friends and fans of the sport of basketball as well as other committed people as ambassadors in order to be able to implement fundraising campaigns and many other events with their help. With the annual membership fee (25 Euro for natural persons and clubs or 250 Euro for a corporate membership) you can show your "orange heart" as a member of the association. Of course, donations also help the work of BASKETBALL AID in supporting children with cancer.
