By partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community we are accountable for each child in our program achieving:

The Need:
Thousands of children throughout Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and Perry Counties face adversity that threatens their ability to fulfill their potential.
Mentoring Programs:
Our proven mentoring approach - which involves recruiting, screening, interviewing, training, matching, supporting, evaluating - is a top model for improving children's lives and futures.
- Community-Based Mentoring - Volunteer mentors and their mentees meet on the weekends or after school to form a friendship.
- Site-Based Mentoring - Volunteer mentors and their mentees meet at the child's school or the Carlisle or Lebanon YMCAs.
