I'm Bára, a coach, mentor, lecturer, as well as a manager and yoga instructor. In our cooperation, I bring not only 30 years of experience in human potential development, but also offer comprehensive services in personal development. I have studied applied psychology, human resources management, interculturality, and psychology in management. I create development programs, creative workshops, and individual transformational journeys. My passion has always been and will be philosophy, psychology, as well as writing and creative creation. So with me, you will not only be writing your story, but also painting, photographing, creating, until maybe you transform or rewrite your own story. I like to see myself as a guide. For a while, I will go along with you on your journey. I will listen, but also ask, you will be the center of my interest and I will give you the space to create the best possible future you can imagine for yourself. What is typical for me is a structured yet creative approach, supporting awareness and insight into your thinking, emotions, and behavior. I will help you kickstart changes, improve interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, and at the same time develop strength and discover hidden treasures.
