About BBIF
BBIF is a non-profit, mission-driven Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to helping businesses grow and succeed. We provide loan capital along with business development training and consulting services. In addition to supporting business growth, we invest in economic development projects that help stabilize neighborhoods and create jobs. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, BBIF was established in 1987 by Florida Statute to provide loan capital to small businesses in Central Florida. Since then, BBIF has grown into one of the Southeast’s leading lenders specializing in providing capital to businesses that often face challenges accessing traditional financing. We recognize that small businesses are vital to a strong economy—and when equipped with the right resources, they drive job creation and economic growth.
