Breaking Barriers LLC opened in November 2017 with the goal of creating an agency that values and prioritizes the well-being of the individuals receiving our services as well as the team members working with us to provide these services.
We are passionate about working alongside adults with disabilities, mental illness, and traumatic brain injuries as they take steps towards their personal goals and dreams, and we are committed to cultivating genuine, therapeutic relationships with each person participating in our services.
We believe that effective support and enduring change occurs when we meet people where they are, focus on existing strengths and skills, and ensure our services are always person-centered and person-driven. We aim to empower all the people with whom we partner to live more independent, satisfying, and meaningful lives.
