I mit tidligere virke som sportschef i Dansk Automobil Sports Union (DASU) har jeg primært haft til opgave at forestå talentudvikling af unge motorsportstalenter.
I samarbejde med bl.a. Team Danmark har jeg medvirket ved udarbejdelse af talentkoncepter og individuelle programmer for de mest talentfulde unge racerkørere, og siden 2000 arbejdet med mere end 100 af Danmarks største talenter indenfor primært asfaltbane og karting.
