We offer full range of research service with stress on adhoc research, quantitative as well as qualitative. At each stage of our surveys: from the concept through the method choice and finally the data analysis we always keep in mind our customers' individual needs. We always act in accordance with the Personal Data Protection law and the ESOMAR code (ESOMAR membership of Przemysław Budziło since 2002) BBS Obserwator was founded in 1997 by a group of alumni from the Jagiellonian University Institute of Sociology as market and social research office. We have a full-time staff of four, as well as a number of others, coordinators and interviewers, throughout Poland(at present we can call on 16 coordinators and approx. 180 interviewers all over the country). We are able to communicate with our clients in English or German.
