As relationship therapists, we help our clients connect with what's most important: partners, family, community, culture, faith, and our relationship with ourselves. We have offices located in Mississauga and Guelph. We also offer therapy remotely via phone or video.
Building Bridges was founded by Justin Michel (a.k.a. Justin the Therapist) in 2020, after his private practice grew rapidly. Justin wanted to create a collective practice for therapists to better serve the public.
