bca supply chain is a specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, particularly for the restaurant and food service industry. We were created to help companies establish and develop or reappraise their procurement and supply chain management activity and capability. We are uniquely placed to advise on how best to implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support the overall business strategy. This includes the sourcing of suppliers for food, drinks, restaurant operating supplies, services, and utilities, the negotiation of contracts, the establishment of logistics and distribution services to supply the business, and the quality assurance of suppliers. We can also review the current procurement and supply chain practises of the organisation and identify opportunities to improve service and cost.
