BCE Boodja Surveying

BCE Boodja Surveying is counted amongst as one of Western Australia’s most experienced Licensed and Engineering surveying companies with a team of highly experienced staff, working with a wide variety of public and private sectors clients across projects ranging from land development, civil engineering and construction to resource industries. BCE Boodja was created as a joint venture between BCE Surveying and Boodja Enterprises in August of 2013 and is a majority indigenous owned. BCE Boodja Surveying is designed to unlock the potential of indigenous people and increase opportunities to build self-esteem and encourage self- development. It recognises that meaningful employment leads not only to improved opportunities for the individual, family and communities, but also enhances indigenous culture, heritage, values and beliefs. BCE Boodja Surveying has the knowledge and support base of a major surveying partner and is well placed to service the construction and mining industry throughout Australia. We support indigenous involvement and skill retention through mentoring and providing on the job training in the surveying and construction space, which could lead to further studies or traineeship in broader industries. We believe this will enhance the socio economic development and skills capacity building for future indigenous generations.
