BCE Boodja was created as a joint venture between BCE Surveying and Boodja Enterprises in August of 2013 and is a majority indigenous owned. BCE Boodja Surveying is designed to unlock the potential of indigenous people and increase opportunities to build self-esteem and encourage self- development. It recognises that meaningful employment leads not only to improved opportunities for the individual, family and communities, but also enhances indigenous culture, heritage, values and beliefs.
