BCN will showcase the cutting-edge haute cuisine that has put Spain on the world culinary stage, as well as the traditional recipes that have been passed down throughout generations. Today, Spanish cuisine has exploded on to the global scene, due in part to the diverse contribution from the different regions of the country. It’s a gastronomy influenced by Spanish history and the meld of premium ingredients and culinary techniques that have been passed down by generations.
