About the Black College of Business Club at JMU: The Black College of Business Club (BCOBC) at James Madison University is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community for Black students and allies interested in business. Our mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in the business world while providing opportunities for personal and professional development through networking, skill-building, and community service. What We Do: ✅ Professional Development: Workshops, guest speaker events, and panel discussions featuring successful Black business professionals. ✅ Networking & Mentorship: Connecting students with alumni, faculty, and industry leaders to build meaningful relationships that enhance career growth. ✅ Community Engagement: Giving back through volunteer initiatives, outreach programs, and advocacy efforts that uplift our community. ✅ Leadership Opportunities: Executive board and committee positions that empower students to develop leadership skills and make a lasting impact.
