The Government of Karnataka by way of a gazette order, established the Bengaluru City Police-Traffic Warden Organization in 1985. Since then, the Traffic Warden Organisation has been actively assisting the Bengaluru City Traffic Police in managing the traffic situation in Bengaluru. We have around 900 Traffic Wardens serving the Bangalore City.
BCP-Traffic Warden Organisation is the only voluntary service organisation in the country that has been actively serving the society for 37 years in the domain of Traffic Management, Awareness & Safety. Our Traffic Wardens are highly motivated individuals who selflessly serve the society without expecting anything in return, amongst us we have highly qualified teachers, Engineers, a good number of software and hardware professionals, advocates and individuals from other professions.
