The BCREC Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Foundation

The BCREC Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology (BAIET) Foundation is a joint initiative of Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur and VITTI Foundation, New Delhi. The objective of BAIET is to create an AI Eco-System to serve the industries with emerging technologies, particularly, Artificial Intelligence. BAIET is not only an R&D hub of AI but a Centre of Excellence for AI Study, AI Exchanges, Project Based Learning, AI Designing, Formulating Strategy & Planning for AI Solutions, and Training the students of IT & CSE to turn them into AI professionals. BAIET is a dedicated destination for Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, AR & VR, Robotics, Data Analytics, IOT and Emerging Technologies. Being situated in the heart of Steel City of Durgapur, the purpose of BAIET is to create an Industry–Institute interface for meeting their futuristic needs in the fields of designing, developing and implementing AI. Industries, both Private and PSUs are welcome to BAIET, the sole AI Hub in this region of the country, for Projects, Product Innovations and Development. Along with Entrepreneurs, Young Innovators are also welcome to BAIET for application of AI in their Innovations, New Product Development and Support for Start – Ups.
