The SM-ITAM group run a varied and busy events programme throughout the year, covering the full range of Service Management and IT Asset Management topics. We discuss and disseminate best practice, experience and industry changes in areas covered by service management frameworks and standards such as ITIL, VeriSM, Cobit, IT4IT, ISO 20,000, ISO19770 and others. We are the home of the UK SAM Networking group, and also cover all aspects of IT asset management.
