The Bryan/College Station Apartment Association (BCSAA) was formed in 1973 and operates as a non-profit trade organization. BCSAA is a local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association serving nine counties in the Brazos Valley. Those counties are: Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Milam, Robertson, Walker and Washington.
MISSION STATEMENT: The Bryan/College Station Apartment Association strives to further the professionalism and integrity of the rental housing industry through professional education, community awareness, and affirmative legislative representation.
