We have created a bespoke C&B executive education program, based on our real-world experience. We go beyond theory and prepare participants to action their learnings. We have trained 800+ managers and HR leaders across Europe.
Since 2010, we have been on faculty at the U. of Economics in Prague, developing the MBA program’s C&B curriculum. We also cooperate with other universities in Europe to deliver MBA-level C&B courses.
We are the first in Central Europe to introduce the concepts of “New Strategic HR Management” and “Strategic Pay Cost Management”, where we work with the C-suite to interlink company strategy with C&B.

Many clients have engaged us to do a ‘compensation practices analysis’. Here, we put into practice Strategic Pay Cost Management and look for ‘inefficiencies’. Typically, we find inefficiencies of 5-10% in direct/indirect labor costs. These inefficiencies reflect the gaps between business strategy and C&B practices. A critical element of “Responsible Leadership” is to make good pay choices. Our analytics identify the gaps (performance pay, incentives, critical talent focus, etc.), diagnose the problem and offer solutions.
