BDO Operational Excellence ("Kav Project") was established in 1988 and today serves as the operational excellence center of BDO, part of the consulting division in Israel. Through our consulting and accompaniment services, customers receive solutions tailored to specific needs and aimed at improving profitability and growth. Our knowledge and expertise enable us to provide an optimal response to integrative management and operational processes, from mapping and identifying the challenges, through assessments and the construction of a work plan to its actual implementation. Since our establishment, we have accompanied dozens of companies, organizations and authorities from a variety of sectors, both national and global, providing a holistic or targeted response to various needs. Our uniqueness is to emphasize the practical aspects of the project. From there, we accompany the customer at the stage of characterization and construction of the solution and ensure that the solution is implemented in the best way and over time. Being a part of BDO's consulting division enables us to improve the value proposition of our customers by utilizing the broad, local and global knowledge acquired by the firm. The division employs hundreds of consultants from diverse disciplines and provides services to all sectors with more than 300 customers from public companies and funds traded on stock exchanges in Israel and abroad. We believe that success in providing real value to the customer is based on two central components: the experienced staff and the multi-dimensional concept of work.
