Founded in 2023 ahead of the February 2024 planning regulation changes that require developers to provide a minimum 10% increase in biodiversity compared to their pre-construction baseline.
BD Plus limits the impact of the Strategic Risk Multiplier through early developer engagement to create bespoke habitat banks within the developments Local Planning Authority or National Character Area.
BD Plus has a nationwide reach accredited to its national bank of Landowners, meaning that it can find a local offset site for any development.
