We are involved in situations that are complex and/or time critical, such as distressed/turnaround, and business acquisitions and divestments. We create understanding and alignment to obtain support from internal and external stakeholders in complex restructurings. We assist our clients in an advisory capacity and can accept executive and non-executive management positions across Europe, with a particular focus on the Benelux and France. Since its inception, Be-Advised Capital Partners have been engaged in individual situations and portfolios totalling more than €1.5 billion in assets.
