Nothing breaks my heart more than to see people settle for mediocre businesses, mediocre health, and mediocre lives because they don’t know the strategic steps to get what they want. Even worse is the thought of people who totally give up because they let their fears and doubts call the shots. At Be Bold™ I offer coaching and consulting on the following topics: Business coaching: common topics clients bring to me include, brand foundations & strategy, how to obtain more clients, content & copy creation for marketing, email list growth, and visibility strategy. My business coaching sessions are usually working on both the client's strategy and mindset, as there is usually an element of both present. Life and personal leadership coaching: At the ripe age of 35, I sold my car, put my life in storage and moved to Latin America where I have been living since and running my remote business. I created an amazing life from scratch and have learned that others are also looking to make big moves in their life but let fear hold them back. This type of coaching is for you if you are looking to make some big changes in your life. There is something you fear you will regret if you don't do, you desire to make a plan and be held accountable to reaching your goal. Fitness/Weight loss consulting: I weighed 220lbs at age 15 and struggled with emotional eating, eating disorders, and self-loathing for YEARS. l have now maintained a 70lb weight loss for almost 20 years while pretty much eating whatever I want and having a very healthy relationship with exercise.
