Experience has thought me that everyone could use a coach sometimes. Specialising in coaching management, leadership and more specifically women in leadership. During my time, I have found that females in particular, need that extra support on occasions. A coach is that quiet voice that holds space for you, holds you accountable and provides you with the support and assurance you need when you need it most. We have all felt not quite good enough, that imposter syndrome or a limiting belief that we cannot do something or that everyone around us is better, quicker, smarter.
