You are offered a space to be supported and empowered by the community of providers and teachers that await you. Since 2018, Be Embodied, LLC, has chosen to build a new paradigm. Today, we continue to cultivate a radically different approach to the provision of mental, physical, and spiritual health by having them all under one roof. We are a thoughtfully designed, communal working space, dedicated to supporting private practitioners, making trauma informed yoga accessible and hosting holistic health and wellness-based activities.
