Our wellness center was born during a dinner conversation in 2017. I was an unintentional stay-at-home mom looking to start a new business. I spent over a decade cultivating and implementing a peaceful and mindful home. Why not take it to the next level and do the same for my community?

Going through a pandemic has added new layers of stress, anxiety and sources of pain. Our team and our guests find an escape from outside stressors and trust us to take care of them in a safe and respectful manner. They know about our dedication to strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Our Infectious Disease plan was even reviewed by the NFL so that the Jags could continue their recovery floats with us. Everyone’s safety is our utmost importance and we value the trust our guests have instilled in our wellness center. Our strength is in forming a partnership of mutual respect and understanding with all who enter our doors. This is why we have guests travel several hours to spend the afternoon with us.
