Annie Moon, Founder of Be The Difference, and her talented team work with changemakers (philanthropists, companies, social entrepreneurs) at any stage of their journey to help them create even more social good around their signature cause(s) through building and strengthening the ecosystem around it, offer the following additional suite of services: - landscape review and a deepdive into chosen cause(s), - options presentation and recommendations, - coaching/mentoring the philanthropist (and his/her team) - strategy development, identifying key stakeholders (including conducting due diligence) and implementation, - key relationship and partnership development (always included), - monitoring and evaluation of impact (including recommendations for learning, improvement and way forward - this will be sustainable, be it Phase Two of the strategy or a planned exit strategy and handover).
