Our aim is to showcase both individuals and organisations that exemplify the essence of being a ‘ladder’. Those that actively contribute to the success of others, particularly in challenging circumstances.
The Be The Ladder Awards are a fundraiser for the Be The Ladder Foundation. Through its grants and programmes, the Be The Ladder Foundation is committed to closing educational gaps and encouraging a culture of support and empowerment.
