BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION

BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION is a NFP Health Promotion Charity, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profit Commission. The BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION’s purpose is to provide positive psychology and ‘positive mental health’ based programs to help adults and children witnessing or suffering from ‘adverse mental health’ including stress illness, anxiety and depression, resulting from a crisis or challenging life circumstances, educating them with treatment and prevention measures to mental health problems and cultivating ‘positive mental health’ and mental strength for life-long prevention of the illness. Our programs teach coping strategies and plans to prevent ‘adverse mental health’ and cultivate mental strength and ‘positive mental health’ by learning resilience, confidence, healthy self-talk, self-awareness and communication skills enabling them to harness their personal strengths, learn to set goals and more. This program is designed to help adults and kids learn these skills to apply life-long and live a mentally healthy and happy life. Our goal is to cultivate mental strength and positive mental health in all adults and kids that participate in our programs. We provide in person face-to-face and online via zoom, educational programs and counselling/coaching support to help participants through their learning journey and development of skills to manage their mental health and develop ‘positive mental health’. With the increasing demand of our programs for businesses, schools and individuals, we are asking for corporate support, funding grands and donations to help us facilitate these programs, now and into the future.
