At Be You our mission is to empower and inspire employees and individuals to lead balanced and fulfilled lives by providing holistic solutions that enhance their overall wellbeing. We believe that true wellness encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, and we are dedicated to supporting individuals in every step of their journey towards optimal health and happiness. Our company started off its life by offering wellness retreats for people who needed to press the pause button on everyday life. Our retreats and workshops were a chance to unwind and unplug, enabling our guests to return to their lives recharged and renewed. Quickly, we felt inspired to expand our offering. We wanted to inspire healthy habits and positively impact more people and we knew that extending our reach to the corporate world would benefit many more people. We are driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and contribute to the collective wellbeing of our society. Today, we not only offer our subscription-based Wellness Portal to companies across the UK but also a bespoke service where companies can discuss their specific needs, and have these met. We can offer multiple wellness, stress management, mindfulness and mindset courses to empower employees to take responsibility for their own wellbeing along with organising bespoke corporate wellness events. We are passionate about all things health and wellness and we strongly believe that this must always take a proactive, rather than reactive, approach. If employees are suffering from stress and burnout - we haven’t done our job correctly.
