Background
Beacon Education Partnership is an established training and development organisation specialising in the Healthcare sector. Through our subsidiaries, Santy Educational Services and Beacon Educational Services, we have been delivering high quality NVQ programmes, Modern Apprenticeships and Short Courses in a range of different settings including the NHS since 1998.
Our Approach
At Beacon Education Partnership our approach to training and development is to pay close attention to the specific needs of individual learners. Learners have individual learning plans and these are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that their learning is relevant and meets the needs of the course and the employer. Being based in London, we are very well versed with the needs of an ethnically diverse population and can facilitate and motivate learners based on these experiences. We use a range of teaching and learning techniques so that we can engage with young learners and motivate them to achieve. We have developed a learner pathway that follows on from the 14-19 Diploma which allows for smooth progression from the Diploma to the Modern Apprenticeship programme. Learners could use this pathway as a progression into some of the healthcare professions including Nursing.
