We are a regulatory consulting firm in the Netherlands with expertise in food products (conventional foods, fortified foods, food supplements, foods for specific groups) and cosmetic products. Our services cover European Union law and the national law of all 31 Member States of the European Economic Area (28 EU Member States + Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). In particular, our services include the review of the formulation, labelling, and marketing materials of food and cosmetic products and the notification of these products to the competent authorities where required. For cosmetic products, we can also set up a product information file, including a cosmetic product safety report.
