Beamonte Investments is a New York–based Single Family Office (SFO) with no outside limited partners, allowing us to take a long-term, flexible approach to investing. Since inception, we have executed over $6 billion in transactions as both principal and agent across a range of alternative asset classes. We focus on private growth companies across various sectors, with a preference for businesses that demonstrate recurring revenue, capital efficiency, and strong competitive moats. Our evergreen structure enables us to act decisively in special situations, free from traditional mandate constraints or fundraising cycles. Beamonte Investments is a family office and as such is not required to register as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
