Within the programme we do not just cover Spiritual Life Coaching, we also work with many accredited healing modalities to include Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Inner Child Healing and Mediumship You will also learn mediation and have your own Human Design assessment printed upon completion Each 10 week course is 1:1, and based on each individual The objective is to eradicate all of the areas that create the wellbeing concern. Learning how to live in the present moment as opposed to the past and future thoughts of the mind which pose the stresses and depression we relate to Learning how to silence the noise and live in harmony within yourself will create a happier life without stress and anxiety.
