Bear Enterprises Ltd. owns and operates the Burnie Glacier Chalet, a ski and summer mountaineering lodge in the Canadian Coast Mountains. It also provides professional services in avalanche risk management: assessment and mapping of sites, development of Avalanche Safety Plans, and provision of the whole suite of avalanche safety programs. Christoph contracts to the Canadian Avalanche Association as an instructor and course leader for its professional Industry Training Program as well as to Thompson Rivers University in its Canadian Mountain and Ski Guide training program.
