BlackWater Equity Analysis and Research (BEAR)

BEAR's goal is to provide a medium of exchange for ideas and strategies pertaining to impact investment. Modeled after ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) investing, we explore the nuances of environmental business endeavors and enlighten members to lucrative industries that are cognizant of societal goals. Our student organization bridges the gap between current investment organizations and all of the exceptional environmental initiatives across the UC Berkeley campus. By breaking down fundamental analysis of ESG public equity securities, we can prepare our members for socially fulfilling careers in both the public and private sector. With the world becoming ever more reliant on environmental business savvy, our members will utilize the skills we foster to gain a competitive edge that will benefit them throughout their personal and professional endeavors.
