We seek to invest in businesses $1M to $8M of EBITDA with a strong management team and the potential for significant growth. We prefer to partner with the management team or founder(s) in control investments in various industries including consumer products and services, business services, oil & gas, technology, industrial & manufacturing, among others. We have a low leverage approach in structuring transactions and no required hold period which allows for flexibility for each specific situation. As a trusted advisor, our principals utilize their over 35-years of combined corporate finance and operating experience to guide clients through their most important corporate decisions. We focus on helping founder-led, family-owned and private-equity backed companies with their strategy, operating challenges and opportunities, and corporate transactions.
