BeastMode Athletics Co offers development support opportunities using project-based learning. Our goal is to serves as a long-term transitional resource that impacts the lives of youth and their families’. The program's purpose is to engage our families, providing tools, knowledge, support and confidence to grow in their journey. Our core values are set on the promises of Christ and the vision is to strengthen the values of our community. Our philosophy is that every child can reach their potential by leveraging a growth mindset. We believe ALL children are LEGENDS building a Legacy. With the right amount of love, positive support and guidance, each of them will can be successful. MISSION & VISION STATEMENT: To strive for excellence through academic and sports performance while teaching students life skills needed to become accomplished student athletes, and community leaders through social awareness in pursuit of athletic success. PROGRAM GOALS: • Provides a comprehensive skill training program that prepares students for higher education through college and career preparation. • Assist students in navigating the barriers to college access and completion • To train student-athletes in the areas of communication, leadership, conflict management, decision making, time management, and leadership styles • To teach student-athletes they have the ability to achieve and are responsible for their own lives using the importance of a growth mindset • To empower student-athletes by teaching them how to develop their positive attributes, enabling them to be self-confident and independent thinker
