Beat Studios is a full-service graphic design studio specializing in the cultural design sector, developing culturally appropriate design by being sensitive to demographic distinctions. Our clients include national and international government organizations, national Canadian and international lobby groups and private industry dealing with a focus on culture. Established in 1997, Beat Studios is situated in Ottawa, Canada and employs a staff of six full-time talents. Beat Studios develops print and new media projects in over 75 international and aboriginal languages across Canada and the world. Beat Studios is a professional Macintosh-based design environment employing industry-standard applications. From strategy to stationery, Beat methods are based on original thought, meticulous execution and definable results without rhetoric, buzzwords or self-promotion. Beat Studios employs a thematic strategy called Broader Visual Language when developing projects. The development of a broadly applied theme to a project allows us to pursue an approach across a variety of media that strongly supports the client brand. We use this approach to focus style and elements into a consistent look and feel that strengthens an audience’s ability to identify our clients’ brand and meaning.
