The Hub Criativo Beato (HCB) is Lisbon's new pole of creativity and innovation, and like its name suggests is an hub that will aggregate national and international players with one thing in common: Its projects and value proposition represent the best in the world in terms of innovation, creativity and technology, including incubators, accelerators, for instance. Located in a new area in development – last one with river front, close to the historical city center and only 10 minutes away to the airport, the HCB is being born in the space of a former factory complex with 20 buildings and about 35,000 square meters of area for implementation of different activities. The HCB is being designed and developed under four strategic axes: ­.
