After BeauGen founder Tu-Hien Le gave birth to her daughter, she realized how much hard work and commitment was involved in breastfeeding. Having trouble nursing her baby directly, she resorted to breast pumping. However, the process of pumping was tough and painful. At the time, there were few existing solutions in the baby industry to address the difficulties of pumping. However, it became more apparent how many women also experienced similar challenges.
