HISTORY
On Jan 1st 2011 we opened the brand new salon offering Threading, Haircuts, Hair Color, Facials, Waxing, and Nail care services.
In March 2013 we converted to all employee-based salon, no more independent contractors, to give Beauology the team cohesion and service integrity.
In February 2014 we switched from commission based pay to team based pay, to share the company growth with team members and even out the compensation.
In October 2014 we stopped offering Nail care services to focus and dramatically improve our core services.
In May 2015 Beauology became an Aveda network salon.
