Beautifully Flawed Foundation

Inspiring hope to overcome! This is the mission and heartbeat of the Beautifully Flawed Foundation. We believe there is a longing within every individual to overcome the trials, pains and difficulties of life. We believe that longing is answered and fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “In the world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33) Through our transformative programs and sharing stories of hope, we come alongside young women and men who’ve either suffered from traumatic limb loss or who were born with a limb difference. Our Beautifully Flawed and Forge Retreats exist so that these women and men can encounter healing and freedom wherever they’re at in their limb loss journey. It’s a place for them to discover true community, belonging, and hope in those who’ve gone through similar trials. It's a time to be inspired that they too can overcome and actually experience the joy of doing so when catching a wave for the first time or learning how to adapt and accomplish a workout. Not only that, we actively share testimonials and stories of hope on our social media and blog because we fully believe that one testimony has the power to touch hearts and change lives. One person’s story of hope — one testimony of overcoming, a trial turned victory, an experience of freedom — can be the very thing that inspires hope to overcome.
