DRY AGED 100% GRASS FED BEEF Our ranch has 30 black angus “breeders” that deliver and raise 30 calves each year. Mom and calf are rotated daily between 7 pastures that were planted in a custom pasture mix of timothy, orchard, rye, and white clover. Each calf drinks on its mother from the time its born until its weaned around 8-9 months. From weaning to approximately 20-24 months, the calf will grow from approximately 600-700 lbs to 1000-1100 lbs. How to Purchase: We only sell our Dry Aged 100% Grass Fed Beef direct to you, in 1/4 share packages. You pay only $5.00 per lb based on the total hanging weight, which allows you complete flexibility in how you would like to have your premium Dry Aged 100% Grass Fed Beef prepared. Your custom package is prepared to your specifications. We cover all of the costs associated with processing, custom cuts ,vacuum packaging, and labeling in a USDA approved facility.
