BeaYOUtiful Foundation

A Registered Canadian Charity, the purpose of the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is to advance the health and education of female and non-binary children and youth, by funding and facilitating educational programs promoting healthy body image, mental health, self-esteem, and building resilience and leadership skills.The organization looks to instil the value of self-worth and support girls in their confidence journey by facilitating supportive mentorship relationships, where each girl is paired with an empowering woman from their own community. BeaYOUtiful's charitable services include six-week confidence programs, five-week mental wellness programs, single day self-esteem workshops, and the annual Inspired By HER Conference. To date, the BeaYOUtiful Organization has positively impacted over 4,200 girls nationally. BeaYOUtiful Foundation takes great pride in being an inclusive and diverse team that greatly reflects the youth we serve. The BeaYOUtiful staff and the volunteer mentorship team include over 400 incredible female and non-binary identifying individuals, all from diverse cultural backgrounds that contribute to the overall safe space we aim to create for youth. We believe that in order to create an environment in which individual differences and the contributions of all participants are recognized and valued, that also must be reflected in our mentorship and managerial team. BeaYOUtiful Foundation is continuously learning and reflecting on our activities, procedures, and policies to foster a space that is culturally safe, ant-racist, and committed to inclusion, equality, and furthering reconciliation.
