USERGRAM is a cloud service that specializes in sequence analysis (a method of capturing the user's "situation"). As of July 2020, more than 300 companies have implemented USERGRAM. In UX design consulting, we provide experience design based on observation of user behavior, with a focus on "contributing to users," which has been our mission since our founding.
At the end of July 2020, we raised 2.5 billion yen in funding. Through this procurement, we plan to embark on overseas development of USERGRAM in Taiwan.
