Neurodiversity at Work

I'm a passionate neurodiversity advocate and a champion of the competitive advantages neurodivergent people bring to the workplace (and beyond). As an executive with ADHD (and a son with dyslexia and ADHD), I believe in using my platform to bring awareness to the challenges and beauty of the neurodivergent community. As a neurodiversity advocate, I write and speak about neurodiversity in the workplace regularly, including in Forbes and Fast Company, my own company's blog, on social media, podcasts, company ERGs, and have even conducted research on the neurodivergent experience in the workplace. I'm here to spark conversation, drive awareness, and create understanding in organizations, on teams, and for individuals who are neurodivergent or want to better understand the neurodivergent experience at work.
