We are an independent, owner-managed boutique firm. Our core competence lies in financing B2B companies with private equity (minority or majority shareholding) and debt (private debt or bank loan). Since 2001, we have acted as lead advisor or for our own account in more than 40 financing transactions. Moreover, we manage our own shareholdings. Our focus is on EBIT-positive companies with sales from EUR 5 to 200 million, headquartered in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Greece, Italy and Austria. Emphasis is placed on growth capital, buy-and-build constellations, digitisation-transformations and succession solutions. Trust, professionalism and discretion are part of our basic values. Beyond that, we provide some specialist consulting and coaching services. We involve in most diverse industries other than biotech, pharmaceuticals and real estate.
