Bremner Engineering and Construction Ltd. (BECL), is a COR certified heavy civil construction organization that specializes in industrial, utility and municipal infrastructure construction. BECL was incorporated in 1983 and remains to be stationed in Canmore, Alberta. Our expertise is extensive including projects that range from new construction, restorations, rehabilitations and upgrades in the transportation, underground, development and environmental sectors. Our engineering activities include surveying and design of temporary retaining and support structures for internal construction requirements.
